"Felt like I was being ignored"
I reached out a few times about my order, and I kept wondering if I was just being impatient or if my messages weren’t going through. But when they finally did reply, it was really late and didn’t actually answer what I asked. Maybe I expected too much, but it definitely felt like I was being brushed off. Frustrating overall, and I’m not sure it was worth the hassle
"Stopped working after just a week"
I was really hoping this would last longer, but after about a week of using it, it just stopped working. Right away, it felt like it was made from cheap plastic, but I figured I’d give it a chance. Unfortunately, it didn’t hold up at all. Disappointing.
"Wish the packaging had been more private"
I ordered this because it said the packaging would be discreet, but it didn’t really feel that way. The box looked kind of obvious, and the label made me feel awkward when it showed up at my door. Maybe I’m overthinking it, I don’t know, but privacy was the whole reason I chose it in the first place. Just left me uncomfortable, so I probably won’t order again.

"Overpriced for what you get"
I didn’t feel like this was worth what I paid. The price was high, but the product itself didn’t seem anything special. It just felt overpriced, and the lack of value seemed totally preventable. I expected more for the money and probably wouldn’t buy it again...
"Kinda frustrating on my phone"
Using the site on mobile was annoying. Pages were loading super slow, the filters kept going back to default for some reason, and checkout was just kinda confusing. I tried twice and then gave up. Not exactly a smooth shopping thing.

"Battery dies way too fast"
I bought this from rose-toy.com the battery life is disappointing. I charged it all the way like the instructions said, but it only lasted maybe 15–20 minutes before it started slowing down and then just cut out.
For what it costs, I really expected it to last longer. It’s kind of a pain having to keep charging it over and over, so yeah, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Return took a while, but I did get refunded"
The return process felt slow, though I’m not totally sure what caused the delay. In the end, my refund did come through, so it worked out okay.

"Tracking still hasn’t updated"
I’m still not seeing any update on my package tracking. I’ve ordered before and usually the tracking changes quickly, so this is a bit frustrating.

After trying it out for myself, I just wasn’t happy with the overall experience. It didn’t really meet my expectations, and based on how it worked for me, I wouldn’t purchase it again.
"Still waiting on my order"
I don’t usually mind waiting a few extra days for stuff, especially when things are busy, and I even gave it some extra time before checking in. But after weeks of keeping an eye out and checking the tracking, the package still hasn’t shown up. At this point I’m annoyed because I expected it to arrive way sooner.

I did not feel much of anything after trying it, which was disappointing. I was hoping for better results, but it just was not for me.

"Expected a quick delivery, got the opposite"
I ordered this thinking it would show up within a few days, so I was surprised when it ended up taking way longer than expected. The tracking barely changed, which made it even more frustrating because I had no idea where it actually was. I reached out to support, but the replies were vague and didn’t really clear anything up. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Maybe other people have had smoother deliveries, but this was a disappointing experience for me.
